Navibet Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Navibet ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at navibet.cam. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any form of wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Navibet operates as a Malaysia-focused online gaming platform, offering live casino games, electronic slot titles, sports betting markets, and related gaming services to eligible players. The Platform is designed, optimised, and maintained specifically for users in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other Malaysian cities and states.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other electronic interface. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Navibet platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a User's Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds, less any deductions.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by Navibet subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any sum staked by a User on a game outcome or sporting event through the Platform.
• "Winnings" means any amounts credited to a User's Account as a result of a successful Wager or game outcome.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a User must place before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, account management, and support functions offered through the Navibet platform.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the exclusive currency denomination used on the Platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on Navibet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age. Navibet strictly enforces this age restriction and will terminate any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting in your individual capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register Accounts.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion on the Navibet platform or any affiliated platform operated by the same entity.
• You must be the sole and beneficial owner of the payment method used to fund your Account. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Navibet or any of its technology, gaming content, or payment processing partners.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location.

When registering an Account on Navibet, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly should it change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Navibet platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multi-player accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Navibet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any accounts identified as duplicates and to forfeit all associated balances.

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. Navibet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — shall be deemed your responsibility.

Navibet reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during the operation of your Account, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by Navibet may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

Navibet is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all users are required to complete an identity verification process before withdrawal privileges are activated on their Account.

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• A valid Malaysian identity document — MyKad (front and back), Driver's Licence, or valid Passport.
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months.
• A clear selfie photograph of the user holding their identity document.
• Verification of the payment method used to fund the Account (e.g. screenshot of e-wallet or bank account matching the account holder's name).

KYC review typically takes between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours from the time all required documents are received. Navibet reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is deemed insufficient. Documents must be submitted only via the secure verification portal within the Account dashboard — do not transmit KYC documents via email, WhatsApp, or any unsecured channel.

Navibet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). There are no currency conversion fees applicable to deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

Navibet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used must match the name on the registered Navibet Account. Any deposit received from a mismatched or third-party account may be returned, and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Navibet endeavours to process the majority of withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes during normal operational conditions, subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied.

Navibet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. In such cases, processing times may be extended up to seventy-two (72) hours. Users will be notified via their registered email address if additional verification is required.

The initiation of any chargeback or payment reversal in relation to a deposit made on the Navibet platform is considered a material breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, Navibet reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated Account, forfeit all Account balances, and pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels.

From time to time, Navibet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game types, and time-limited validity periods.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is satisfied will be forfeited without compensation.
• Navibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing active promotions for current users will be honoured until their original expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per IP address, and per device. Where abuse of bonus terms is detected, Navibet reserves the right to revoke any bonuses and associated winnings.
• Navibet's decision in all matters relating to bonus eligibility, awarding, and forfeiture is final and binding.

All bets placed on the Navibet platform — including sports betting markets covering the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to the following general wagering rules:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed. Navibet does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during live betting, Navibet will settle the affected bet based on the official result of the event or, where the event is incomplete, using the most recent verified game state prior to the error.
• Navibet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known prior to the bet being placed, or where the odds offered were the result of a manifest error.
• Odds offered on any market are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the settled bet.
• For live casino games, the outcome of each round is determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of the presiding dealer, all conducted under independent oversight.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Navibet platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical bugs, platform errors, or pricing inconsistencies for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports event results, or bonus allocations.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to conceal the source of funds, or using the platform for any financial activity that is fraudulent or illegal under Malaysian law or applicable international law.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts on the same platform to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions applied to a suspended Account.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or the KYC process.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, including allowing another person to operate your Account or betting on behalf of others as part of an informal syndicate not disclosed to Navibet.

Navibet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties related to their gambling behaviour. The Platform provides the following self-management tools accessible through the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time-Outs: Temporarily pause your account for a defined period (minimum 1 hour, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Minimum exclusion period is six (6) months. Self-exclusions take effect within twenty-four (24) hours of the request being submitted.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of the duration of your active gaming session.

Navibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing has been detected;
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires the restriction of the Account;
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account — including both real-money deposits and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed by the user voluntarily and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the Navibet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Navibet or its licensed third-party content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse-engineering, or commercial use of any Platform content without the prior written authorisation of Navibet is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use of Navibet's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Navibet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or system interruptions.

Navibet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Navibet will endeavour to maintain service continuity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly in the event of scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or unforeseen technical issues.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by Navibet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Navibet collects personal data necessary for Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and the delivery of gaming services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with third-party service providers engaged to operate, maintain, or improve the Platform, and only to the extent necessary for those purposes.

Navibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via their registered email address at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon request by contacting our support team.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general legal principles applicable to electronic commerce and online service agreements. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to Navibet's customer support team for resolution.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under mutually agreed arbitration rules before pursuing any court proceedings. Navibet's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and platform integrity shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
